Messaging Service Engineer - Managed Services Group Job

We are seeking an advanced technical engineering resource for the Managed Services group to assist in the deployment and support of messaging software products as well as other technical and consulting services relative to messaging and messaging services.
Role:
Main responsibilities:
- Working with clients to manage and implement messaging software based on approved methodologies defined by the Service Group
- Provide advanced technical services
Secondary responsibilities:
- Assist internal Groups including Development, Product Management and Support with respect to issues, feedback, testing and troubleshooting
- Assist in statistical collection and presentation
Required Skills:
- MUST HAVE - GroupWise and Messging Experience
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Novell & Microsoft Networking (NetWare and Microsoft Server), GroupWise and basic messaging architecture
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Consulting and/or Customer Communication Skills
- Documentation skills
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of M+Archive, Blackberry, and MS Exchange would be a huge asset
- Project management and time management skills
